If you know this blog exists I am assuming that you are familiar with the girl in the picture with the big hair, so I will spare you the details. I am continuing to change the world, one five year old at a time and actually off to a rather good start this year! So far no one has been expelled:) I have NOT moved this year for the first time in a while and am so thankful to have wonderful girls to live with. My life outside of work is filled with a great Bible study, an encouraging, mission focused church (Rock Harbor) and masters classes so I can keep my credential! I am thankful to have old friends to (try) and keep in touch with and enjoy spending time with new ones! (Don’t be deceived, they are mostly girls:)
It has taken me a while to say this, but I am truly content with my current life. However, I am confident that if God calls me to do something different I would welcome the adventure with open arms!
Dear Miss Macbeth,
I saw the children on the mercy ships website. It made me want to cry. I hope you can change the lives of these children. I hope you have a wonderful time and aren’t too squished in your cabin. I will pray for you every night. I hope you come home safe and soon. I miss you!
Love,
Megan Sorokowski
You are the BEST teacher ever!
P.S. – I wrote these words myself, thanks to you.
